SHIPPING / DELIVERY


INSURANCE


You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance after placed order with us. The shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.


SHIPPING


-Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.
- Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
- Customers must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.
- All items are shipped FOB point-of-shipment freight prepaid using EMS Global


-We will try our best to change the shipping address for customer’s demand after the order was placed within 12 hours but we cannot promise change the address for sure.


- www.tvshowsboxset.com packages will be delivered by either USPS or by DHL. A signature is required for the package. If no one is home, the package can be picked up at the local post office (bring ID).
- After payment is received it will go through a 48-72 hour processing period which starts the following business day. Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 7-10 days for arrival of merchandise.
- Customers will receive an email from www.tvshowsboxset.com when their order is processed and shipped.
- All products are shipped from Hong Kong or China unless they are available on hand.


- Shipping is free, unless specified.

- Due to the amount of fraudulent orders we have been receiving we will ONLY ship to credit card holders address, thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS


If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 30% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.


EXCHANGES


To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unused and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.


We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the road, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.


The shipping cost will be on customer side if the exchange is due to customer dislike the product.


RETURN


In the occasional event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your full payment.


The shipping cost will be on customer side if the return is due to customer dislike the product.


Q: Are any items non-returnable and non-refundable?

6. The total disc number does not match the description in our website unless the content of DVD is also missing.


Q: What is your complete returns policy?
A: We only accept return the merchandise in following cases:


We send you the wrong DVD or you received merchandise with blemishes. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with packing or decoration attached. All the returning item must be with original packing and tags. To send an item back to us, you may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as www.tvshowsboxset.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 week for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order.

Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
A: Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
